All pieces under 12x12 will be shipped via UPS or USPS with insurance, delivery confirmation and a required signature. If you would like to eliminate the required signature Jamee Linton Fine Art will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please send me a note with your order or through the contact page if you would like to exclude one of these services.

All large pieces will be packed, shipped, and insured for the full value by UPS. Although very unlikely, if your package arrives damaged do not discard any of the packing material. UPS will need to inspect this for the claim in order for a repair/refund to be issued. 

The shipping quotes for the large pieces are estimates. I will assume any charges that exceed the posted shipping amounts and will refund you the difference if the cost happens to be less.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return the painting within 30 days of receipt. Once the painting(s) are received (in perfect condition) a refund will be sent to you for the total amount of the painting less any shipping charges (all shipping charges are non refundable).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and the piece(s) must be packed well and insured for the full purchase value. I highly recommend using the UPS or FEDEX pack and ship option which offers a nice guarantee the paintings will arrive in perfect condition.

If you live in the greater Seattle area and would like to arrange a pick up of your piece in lieu of shipping enter code PICKUP at checkout. Paintings pickups can be scheduled for weekday evenings 5-7pm or weekends after 10am. Pickup location is in Ballard.
